please help me upgrade. Why is it that i tried upgrading and my funds was deposited to my wallet instead of upgrading to premium. I completed the process of checking out with my stripe and upon returning to Paysenger, i saw an error message that connection lost then log out and login saw that my funds is in my wallet. The is even no way to upgrade within the app using my wallet balance. please help me either upgrade or refund the money thank you.
